A first visit with any new dentist can be intimidating and scary -- especially when you’ve had the same dentist your whole life, or may have had an unfavorable experience in the past -- that’s why we’ve designed our experience to be comfortable, gentle and easy for you.
Your first visit can be scheduled online or via phone with someone at our office. We try to make care as convenient for you as possible, which means we offer early morning and evening hours.
Generally, we can see new patients within just a week or two.
When you arrive for your visit, you will be greeted by Roxanna Ashli or Annie — our resident office managers and care specialists.
We have a comfortable waiting room with plenty of magazines available for you should you arrive early for your appointment, however, we pride ourselves on running on time, so you shouldn’t have much of a wait - if any.
We’ll take digital x-rays if need be and sit you down with one of our talented hygienists. Then, you’ll have the chance to talk to your doctor and get to know them before they start caring for your teeth.
Our care suites have TVs mounted on the ceiling to keep your mind comfortable and mood light during your time with us.
We pride ourselves on treating patients as whole people and we’ve designed our customer experience to reflect this.
